Listers, I am in need of a PERIOD CORRECT ORIGINAL SIZE tire for my just
completed restoration of a 1966 Tiger MK1a. It is for display purposes only as a
spare, so it must look presentable, but it will never be called into "active
duty". Please get back to me with contact info or if you have what I need,
give me a price and we can arrange shipping.
Many thanks from....
the tigerman

Hi Jeff,
You could try Coker Tire. New rubber made in period-correct molds. It
looks like they picked up a Vredestein line of radials recently, and
their 155R13 or 165R13 would be pretty close... I don't know if those
were available in the 60's but it wouldn't be far off.
