So when the US & western Europe gets its non-polluting act in full
flower, will we still be shipping our old computers to Asia so they can
pollute "their" air rather than "ours."---or will it someday drift this
way?
Not to mention 2 billion Chinese cooking over animal-dung fueled
campfires. Halon seems pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of
things, especially in consideration of its life saving capacities.
So---how are the anti-pollution zealots faring in Beijing?

It is interesting that you mention China. All indications are that China is
the biggest polluter of all. A dependence of soft coal for all things in
China is the primary culprit.
