Calendar Lovers Everywhere,
I've got good news and bad news.
The Good News is there is a NZ 1998 Calendar, and we have the corrected
address attached here from Ian Garrard.
The Bad News is also in Ian's letter. They only have four left.
I asked him how many commitments must I obtain for a second printing.
While he is replying, It would be helpful to send your interest to him.
His correct e-mail address is:
Ian Gerrard <(email redacted)>

Dear Steve,
Thanks for your letter. Yes the address did get a little scrambled,
but I have nonetheless sold several calendars through Tiger Tales.
Correct address is:
321 Rea Road, RD2, Katikati 3063, N.Z.
It would be helpful but not essential, to make your cheque payable to
the "Sunbeam Owners Club".
If you want more information on the mechanics of the calendar
production, get back to me after you have received it and tell me what
you have in mind.
By the way, there are currently only 4 calendars left!
Ian

Tiger's
I am forwarding Ian Gerrard's letter. He has apparently put out another
printing of his calender for those that responded to my posting. I was
surprised to learn that it was for his local club, and not the New
Zealand national assosciation.
Thought you'd be interested in his Tiger count.

Dear Steven,
Many thanks for your order and subsequent letter.
I must thank you also for advertising on the internet . As a result of
that I have had several enquiries, necessitating another print of 10
calendars. We have to be cautious with our printing because each copy
costs us NZ$20 and with a branch of only 42 members (this calendar was
a project of the Waikato branch, rather than the SOCNZ, our national
body), we certainly don¹t want any left unsold.
Interesting to hear of your friend Steve Curle. I wonder if he is the
man who sourced 2 Tigers for a recent club member. Paul Grace - who
quite coincidentally lives not 20kms from me - brought 2 Tigers back
from the States last year from the LA area. My wife and I think he
would have been better off to have got one good Tiger rather than two
tired examples.
Yes, the Tiger population is increasing thanks to lhd imports. At the
last count, I could account for 24 in NZ, of which maybe 15 are in our
club.
One of the hardest jobs while rebuilding mine (B9472063) has been
establishing what they were like originally, because no two cars here
are the same. For a start, many are lhd conversions. And originality
was never a big factor with Tiger owners in the past. Thank God for
Norman Miller.
