A number of threads have appeared, recently, on hood alignment and
latches not opening.

I wrote a description of a method of hood fitting, and latch alignment
that solves this problem permanently. My son Jay also did a piece on
the various changes made in Tiger/Alpine safety hood catch designs,
based upon his ownership of various production ages.

This information has been put together for you on
TigersUnited.com

It has been "hidden away" in a section called "Tech Tips", and further
disguised on every page in that section under "Hood Latch". This
section was edited from a compilation of List advice by our good
compatriot Larry Paulick, who is currently undertaking yet another
marvelous addition - to be announced.

For those who are mystified and confounded by web site navigation, I
have provided the DIRECT page link below:

TigersUnited.com/techtips/tt-body9.asp

but you really should try the simple navigation tools, or the Search
feature (currently being bored and stroked, so watch for it's grand
return)

Steve
